Thank you for the kind words!  Yes, pre-natal yoga is a blessing to my students and a beautiful gift to me as a teacher.  I get to see the amazing growth that takes place both inside mother&#039;s body and outside as yoga takes hold.  Yoga trains mother&#039;s to breath correctly, stretch hip flexors, and most of all to be mindful during delivery.
