Fertility Massage – A massage technique developed by Claire Marie Miller, LMT. An amazing woman who has helped many couples prepare their bodies for conception. Many people today suffer from infertility or have a really difficult time conceiving. Recommended readings will be given to aide each couple as the prepare their bodies for conception. It is an amazing technique that can be done on it’s own or with Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART). Fertility massage opens, cleanses and balances the body in preparation for conception.

Initial Consultation:
• 90 min – $95
Every session after that:
 • 75-90 min – $80

Pre and Peri-Natal Massage- Pregnancy massage focuses on the needs of the mother. Massage can relieve the discomforts associated with pregnancy. It increases the mother’s awareness to her areas of tension. This massage also helps increase the flow of nutrients to the placenta, aids in postural realignment, relieves minor edema and opens the chest for a deeper breath.

Peri-natal massage is given in the postpartum period. It helps bring the body into it’s pre-pregnancy alignment. Peri-natal massage can also aid in the process of the uterus returning to its normal size, releases shoulder, neck and arm tension from the care and feeding of an infant.

**An additional fee of $25 will be added to the perinatal massage if a home visit is required.

Massage during labor- This is a relaxing massage for the mother while she is in labor. I will help her with counter pressure during contractions and help her relax when she rests between contractions. My fee is for an unlimited time since nobody knows how long labor can last.  $275- unlimited time

Infant Massage and Newborn Massage- This massage is for newborns up to age 2. Infant massage aids in the bonding process between parent and child. Increases communication skills through touch and alleviates digestive discomfort.

• 15-30 min -$25 or free with any pre and peri-natal package.

Integrative Reflexology- Four theories on reflexology were brought together by Claire Marie Miller, LMT to help form a wonderful therapeutic Integrative Reflexology session. Reflexology has been around for many years and have even been found in Egyptian hieroglyphics. Reflexology will not only help to relax your feet, but by stimulating them it promotes healing. Hands and feet are both worked on during a session. Your feet will feel like they are floating on air after a session!

Regular Session-(foot soak in Epson salts and your choice of essential oils)

Spa Session-(foot scrub, followed by a foot soak in Epson salts, foot rub with cream and essential oils)

Deep Tissue Massage - A deep tissue massage isn’t intended to be painful. This type of massage uses different techniques to work out your “knots”. The muscles are warmed up with effluerage strokes. This technique helps the therapist find where your trouble spots are. Once those spots are found, the therapist may add more pressure to the area to help release the fascia.

Swedish Massage – This is a relaxing massage and can be used as a form of a flush for your muscles. This massage helps flush toxins from your body. It’s been proven to help with skin tonicity and with overall feelings of well being. A Swedish massage is great for stress reduction and can be beneficial after a hard workout.

Active Isolated Stretching - This technique was developed by Aaron Mattes. AIS allows the body to repair itself and helps prepare us for our daily lives. This stretching method is different because you only hold the stretch for 2 seconds instead of thee recommended 30 seconds. Clients will benefit from improved circulation and joint flexibility. This technique can be added on to any massage or scheduled by itself .

Chair Massage - A massage performed while seated that could help rejuvenate your employees during the work day or could be fun for a bridal shower, ladies night or any other type of event. A per person price is negotiable.
